De bhun cheanglais an mhéid thuas, tugtar fógra leis seo go bhfuil sé beartaithe ag Comhairle Chontae na Gaillimhe teach cónaithe a thógáil, agus córas cóireála fuíolluisce atá comhlíontach de réir na Gníomhaireachta um Chaomhnú Comhshaoil, scagaire snasúcháin agus na seirbhísí láithreáin gaolmhara go léir, ag Barr Eanaigh, Corr an Dola, Co. na Gaillimhe (Baile Fearainn: Barr Eanaigh)

Tá Tuarascáil ar Scagadh le haghaidh Measúnacht Chuí déanta ag Comhairle Chontae na Gaillimhe, mar an t-údarás inniúil, agus tá cinneadh déanta aici nach bhfuil gá le Measúnacht Chuí Céim 2 i leith na forbartha beartaithe seo.

Beidh pleananna agus mionsonraí na forbartha beartaithe ar fáil chun breathnú orthu nó chun ceannach ar tháille nach mó ná an costas réasúnach a bhaineann le cóip a dhéanamh, le linn gnáthuaireanta oifige (Dé Luain go dtí Dé hAoine, 9.00am – 4.00pm), seachas Saoirí Bainc agus Saoirí Poiblí  ar feadh tréimhse 4 seachtaine ó Dé hAoine, an 26 Meitheamh 2026 go dtí Dé hAoine, an 24 Iúil 2026, sna hoifigí seo a leanas de chuid Chomhairle Chontae na Gaillimhe:

Barranny, Corrandulla, Co. Galway

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that Galway County Council proposes to carry out the construction of a dwelling house, with an EPA compliant wastewater treatment system, polishing filter and all associated site services, at Barranny, Corrandulla, Co. Galway (Townland: Barrany)

Galway County Council, as the competent authority, has carried out an Appropriate Assessment (AA) Screening Report and has determined that a Stage 2 Appropriate Assessment is not required in respect of this proposed development.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or for purchase for a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, during normal office hours (Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 4.00pm, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) for a period of 4 weeks from Friday 26th  June 2026 until Friday 24th July 2026, at the following locations:

Submissions or observations in relation to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to The County Secretary, Galway County Council, P.O. Box No. 27, Áras an Chontae, Prospect Hill, Galway, H91 H6KX; or through the LGMA Portal -https://planning.localgov.ie to arrive not later than Friday 07th August 2026.
