Good afternoon, just a quick email in regards to the briarhill development plan . We as local residents are looking forward to a development that would be in line with the local area and the general development supplied plan looks to be just that.

We have a few concerns and hope that they could be acknowledged.

The main issue we have would be about an exit at any stage to the parkmore Road which would be a huge issue for all the residents and workers of parkmore and ballybrit.

Secondly the new development however many years away it might be would hopefully not be multistorey apt blocks backing onto existing homes

Finally would it be possible that all residents of the local area are informed and involved going forward in the process as we have been generally left out of any discussions.
