Support the improvement and upgrade of the road and street network in and around the Plan Area, subject to normal planning requirements and environmental considerations.  A detailed analysis of movement in and around the town shall be carried out to ascertain the infrastructural improvements required in and around the town to secure its sustainable development into the future. The existing N59 road through the village to include footpaths on the western approach. Implement traffic calming, pedestrian crossings, wider footpaths in the village centre to create a village centre atmosphere and increasing safety for pedestrians and cyclists post the Moycullen Bypass Opening.
