PH 6 Rinville Pier
1. (a). To support the development of Rinville Pier and environs with particular reference to its historical, cultural, social, recreational and economic opportunities;

3. (b). To support the preparation of a traffic analysis of car parking and associated road infrastructure at the Pier.

5. To provide for a pedestrian footpath connecting Kilchreest Village to Kilchreest Church.
6. That all Disabled Parking spaces in the County be clearly identified with the Striking Blue Paint as a deterrent for illegal parking.
7. That a public pitch suitable for Hockey be developed in the County .
8. That Skate Parks be developed as part of any future development of our larger parks in response to requests by our Youth who also need to be catered for within public amenities in the County.
9. Cognisance and put Special reference for the inclusion of greywater harvesting and attenuation should be included in the County Development Plan.
10. Civic Amenity / Recycling Centre Gort - objection to have this built
11. Bio gas facilities - they should not be located in town centres or residential areas
12. Seek to make Public Toilets open and fully accessible for all abilities and ages.
13. The siting of Atena and Masts shall accord with strict guidelines for the siting of same in proximity to Protected Structures and within architectural Conservation Area
14. Carnmore / Galway Airport that a Masterplan be prepared which would include the retention of the existing runway and associated services.
15. Rural Planning – I propose the following: On page 80 – Under HR 17 the Policy should be changed to… Propose access on to Restricted Road should be restricted to immediate family members wishing to build a first family home on family lands, where there is no other family lands available. Planning should be subject to site suitability and other technical requirements.
